40년 넘는 전통을 자랑하는 삼원가든은 2022년 리뉴얼 후 총 600석 규모로 확장했다. 전통과 현대가 잘 어우러진 세련된 인테리어로 탈바꿈했다. 대표메뉴는 양념갈비와 한우 특생갈비 등 갈비메뉴다. 다이아몬드 칼집을 내 육질이 부드러운 갈비는 배와 마늘을 넣은 양념이 골고루 배어 최고의 맛을 자랑한다. 고기메뉴 외에도 부침개, 양념게장, 갈비탕, 냉면 등 다양한 사이드 메뉴가 있어 한국을 방문한 외국인들의 단체식사 공간으로도 훌륭하다. 삼원가든에는 특실도 마련되어 있다. 하루 한팀만 이용가능하며 4인 이하 방문시 150만원, 5인이상 방문시 인당 35만원이다. 캐비아, 구절판, 해산물모듬구이, 한우모듬구이, 간장게장, 한식디저트를 포함한 동서양 풀코스 미식경험을 제안한다.

영천영화
BTS 정국이 다녀간 곳으로도 유명한 식당이다. 한우전문점으로 갈비살과 안창살 등 고급 부위를 프리미엄 퀄리티로 즐길 수 있다. 갈비 못지 않게 육회도 유명하다. 당일 도축한 최상등급 소우둔살을 사용하며, 숙성과정을 거친다. 손님이 주문하면 즉시 요리해서 내는데 신선하고 쫄깃해 주문 필수다.

노랑산 소갈비
레트로한 인테리어로 MZ들의 사랑을 받는 고깃집이다. 6, 7, 8번 꽃갈비만 선별한 생갈비와 수원식 소금양념 정갈비, 간장양념 이동갈비 등 갈비를 다양한 스타일로 즐길 수 있다. 이중 최고 품질 생갈비는 테이블당 2인분씩만 판매해 문 열자마자 오픈런하는 메뉴다.

삼원가든을 운영하는 SG다인힐의 고기편집식당이다. 같은 회사에서 운영하는 삼원가든과 2++등심의 대표메뉴를 판매하고 소고기, 양고기, 돼지고기 등 다양한 고기를 판매한다. 2023년 새롭게 리뉴얼한 뒤 더 고급스러운 분위기로 변신했다. 시그니처 메뉴는 달지 않고 은은한 양념을 입힌 돼지갈비. 하이볼과 위스키 페어링을 제안한다.

Samwongarden
Samwongarden boasts over 40 years of tradition and expanded to a total of 600 seats after its renewal in 2022. It transformed with a sophisticated interior that blends tradition and modernity seamlessly. Its signature dishes include seasoned galbi (marinated ribs) and special-grade Hanwoo (Korean beef) galbi. The galbi, with a diamond-cut to enhance tenderness, is marinated with a mixture of pear and garlic, boasting an exquisite taste. Besides meat dishes, various side dishes such as pancake, marinated crab, galbitang (short rib soup), and cold noodles are available, making it an excellent venue for group dining for foreigners visiting Korea. Samwongarden also offers private dining rooms. Only one team per day is accommodated, with a fee of 1.5 million won for groups of four or fewer and 350,000 won per person for groups of five or more, offering a full-course gourmet experience of both Eastern and Western cuisine, including caviar, grilled assorted seafood, Hanwoo assorted grill, marinated crab, and Korean desserts.

Yeongcheon Yeonghwa
Famous for being visited by BTS's Jungkook, Yeongcheon Yeonghwa is a renowned restaurant specializing in Hanwoo. Guests can enjoy premium-quality cuts such as galbisal (rib meat) and anchangsal (tenderloin), as well as the equally famous yukhoe (Korean beef tartare). Using top-grade beef loin slaughtered on the day and aged to perfection, the dishes are cooked to order upon request, ensuring freshness and chewiness, making ordering a must.

Norangsan Sogalbi
With its retro interior, Norangsan Sogalbi is a beloved grill house among MZ (Millennial and Generation Z) customers. Offering a variety of galbi styles, including fresh galbi selected from ribs 6, 7, and 8, Suwon-style salt-seasoned galbi, and soy sauce-marinated Idong galbi (short ribs), it caters to diverse tastes. The top-quality fresh galbi, sold in servings for two immediately upon opening, is one of its signature offerings.

Rosok
Rosok is a meat-focused restaurant operated by SG Dain Hill, the same company behind Samwongarden. Selling the flagship menu of 2++ sirloin, along with various meats including beef, lamb, and pork, it underwent a renewal in 2023, transforming into a more upscale dining atmosphere. Its signature dish is pork galbi subtly seasoned to enhance its flavor without overwhelming it. It also offers highball and whiskey pairings.
